AICCSA 2023 will be held in Egypt, Egypt. AICCSA 2023 invites proposals for workshops on specific aspects that complement the conference main tracks in related areas to Computer Systems and Applications. We seek proposals across a wide range of topics and levels ranging from fundamentals to the latest advances in hot topic areas.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Important Dates<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span class=\"ui-provider cfi b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><del>\u2022 Workshop proposals due: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">30 June, 2023<\/span><\/strong><\/del><br \/><del>\u2022 Notification of acceptance: <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">07 July, 2023<\/span><\/strong><\/del><br \/>\u2022 Camera-ready papers and registration : <a href=\"https:\/\/aiccsa.net\/AICCSA2023\/symposiumsworkshops\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">check workshop page<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Workshop Proposals must be submitted via the conference main submission link <a href=\"https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=aiccsa2023\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=aiccsa2023 <\/span><\/strong><\/a><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">by <\/span><\/span>selecting Workshops Track.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Workshop Chairs<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Hedi Karray<\/strong>, INP-ENIT, University of Toulouse, France<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Nadia Kabachi<\/strong>, Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, France<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Proposal Requirements<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proposals for workshops should be no more than 2 pages in length and submitted in PDF Format. Proposals should contain the following information.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1. <\/strong>Title and brief technical description of the workshop, specifying the goals and the technical issues that will be the focus of the workshop.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.<\/strong> A brief description of why and to whom the workshop is of interest and how it complement the main conference<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.<\/strong> The proposed organizing committee and the technical program committee.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4.<\/strong> The workshop submission and processing system<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. Experience of the main organizers in organizing similar events previously<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6. <\/strong>Contact details of the main organizers<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Notes for the Workshop Organizers<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Workshop chair(s) will be responsible for the following:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Producing a web page and a \u201cCall for Papers\/Participation\u201d for their workshop. The URL should be sent to the AICCSA Workshops chairs. It should mention that at least one author of each accepted submission should attend the workshop and that all workshop participants must pay the appropriate registration fee. The CFP should make it clear that the registration of at least one author is required for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Ensure that all workshop papers are a maximum of 6 pages in length (in IEEE format). It is the responsibility of the workshop organizers to ensure that this page limit has been adhered to.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3.<\/strong> Taking full responsibility of workshop submission, reviewing process and decisions<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4.<\/strong> Selecting the participants and the format of the workshop. The publication of proceedings will be by the IEEE in the same volume as the main conference.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5.<\/strong> Advertising the workshop beyond the conference web page.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Assistance in producing a camera-ready version of the workshop proceedings.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7.<\/strong> If the workshop is too small (i.e. does not attract enough submissions) the AICCSA 2023 Organizing Committee may propose to merge that workshop with another. So we encourage workshop organizers to attract a large community. In extreme situations we may also cancel workshops if there are insufficient number of submissions, while we may consider the paper for the main tracks.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Workshop organizers must ensure that suitable quality measures have been taken to ensure that the accepted papers are of high quality.
