Call for Workshops Proposals<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

The ACS\/IEEE 21st International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA 2024) is the premier conference covering all contemporary areas in computer systems and applications. It implements an international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and practitioners to report and share groundbreaking contributions in various IT fields that range from distributed computing to data science, security, and machine learning.<\/span><\/p>

AICCSA 2024 will be held in Sousse, Tunisia from 22 to 26 October 2024.<\/span><\/p>

  • Notification of acceptance: <\/span>10 May, 2024<\/span><\/strong><\/del><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Submission guidelines<\/span><\/h2>

    Workshop proposals must be submitted via the conference main submission link <\/span>https:\/\/easychair.org\/conferences\/?conf=aiccsa2024 <\/span>By selecting Workshops Track.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

      Proposal Requirements<\/span><\/h2>
      • Proposals for workshops may address one or more Tracks, but they should be <\/span>organised under a unified theme.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proposals for workshops are intended to allow projects or any other group of <\/span>authors to present their own work.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proposals for workshops may include invited speakers, papers, and panels.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Workshop papers can be either Presentations, Extended Abstracts (2 pages) or Full <\/span>Papers (5 pages), and should be reviewed by the Workshop Technical Programme <\/span>Committee.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proposals for workshops should be no more than 2 pages in length and submitted <\/span>in PDF Format.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proposals should contain the following information:<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
        1. Title and brief description of the workshop, specifying the goals and the <\/span>technical issues that will be addressed in the workshop.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
        2. A brief description of why and to whom the workshop is of interest and how it <\/span>complement the main conference.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
        3. The proposed organizing committee and the technical program committee.<\/span><\/li>
        4. The workshop submission and processing system.<\/span><\/li>
        5. Contact details of the main organizers.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          Notes for the Workshop Organizers<\/span><\/h2>

          Workshop Organizers will be responsible for the following:<\/span><\/p>

          1. Proposing a \u201cCall for Papers\/Participation\u201d for their workshop. It should mention that at least one author of each accepted submission should attend the workshop and that the registration of at least one author is required for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.<\/span><\/li>
          2. Ensuring that the page limit of all workshop papers is 6 pages (in IEEE format).<\/span><\/li>
          3. Taking full responsibility of workshop submission, reviewing process and decisions.<\/span><\/li>
          4. Selecting the participants and the format of the workshop.<\/span><\/li>
          5. Advertising the workshop beyond the conference web page.<\/span><\/li>
          6. Providing support to create a finalized (camera-ready) version suitable for publication of the workshop proceedings.<\/span><\/li>
          7. \u00a0In case of an insufficient number of submissions, the AICCSA 2024 organizing committee may propose to merge the workshop with another. <\/span>In extreme situations we may also cancel workshops if there are insufficient number of submissions, while we may consider the paper for the main tracks.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
          8. Ensuring that the accepted papers are of high quality. All papers must be reviewed by an international technical Program Committee with a minimum of 2 reviews per paper.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>

            The AICCSA 2024 Organizing Committee will be responsible for the following:<\/span><\/p>

            • Providing a link to the workshop\u2019s web page.<\/span><\/li>
            • Providing logistics support for the workshop.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • In conjunction with the workshop\u2019s organizers, determining the workshop date and <\/span>time.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Including the workshop accepted papers into the main proceedings and submitting <\/span>it to IEEE and IEEE Xplore indexing for publication.<\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Workshops organizers will benefit from one free registration for each 6 fully <\/span><\/span>registered papers in their workshop. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
