IEEE Computer Society Creates Conference Participation Grants for Young Women Interested in Computing
Providing new opportunities for diversity and inclusiveness (in gender, age, geographical location and affiliation) is one of the main 2019 goals of the IEEE Computer Society.
To achieve it, the IEEE Computer Society is providing financial support for conference attendance to deserving early-career women in computing.
The travel grants are available for the 2019 IEEE Computer Society sponsored International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA) 2019, that will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 3-7 November 3-7 2019.

The grant is directed to young women (within 15 years from their last degree) that would not be able to attend the conference without the grant.
The awarded candidates are required to attend the conference and participate in the "Women in computer science" Forum and present their research.
The awarded candidates will be refunded of a large part of their fees (registration and a part of accommodation).
