Participants will be offered transportation only from Beach Rotana Hotel to Zayed University and back.
TRANSPORT FROM BEACH ROTANA HOTEL TO ZAYED UNIVERSITY
The bus will be available from pick up and drop off only from Beach Rotana Hotel to Zayed University and back according to the following times:
Day 1 (5 December): From Rotana Beach Hotel (8:00 AM) to Zayed University- Abu Dhabi campus
From ZU (8.00 PM) to Rotana Beach Hotel
Day 2 (6 December): From Rotana Beach Hotel (9.00 AM) to Zayed University- Abu Dhabi campus
From ZU (4.00 PM) to Bab Al Shams Desert Resort - Dubai
From Bab Al Shams Desert Resort - Dubai (11.00 PM) to Rotana Beach Hotel
Day 3 (7 December): From Rotana Beach Hotel (8:30 AM) to Zayed University- Abu Dhabi campus
From ZU (5.00 PM) to Rotana Beach Hotel

Other Hotels can be proposed:
ibis Abu Dhabi Gate: not far from the venue (Convention Centre Zayed University- Abu Dhabi). Metered taxi costs around 30 Dirhams.
Al Diar Dana Hotel: is near Rotana Beach Hotel so you can benefit from the free transportation to the Venue (Zayed University). You have to be in front of Beach Rotana Hotel at the time of pick up.
