The final paper must be an IEEE PDF eXpress-compatible PDF in order to be considered for publication.
The camera-ready manuscript must be prepared using the IEEE 8.5″ × 11″ two-column conference format with a 10-point font. The final submission must be provided in PDF format.
Authors should use the appropriate IEEE conference proceedings template when preparing the final version of their manuscript: IEEE Conference Templates
Do not include headers, footers, or page numbers in the final manuscript. The PDF must comply with IEEE Xplore publication requirements.
Important: Complete the conference registration before submitting your camera-ready paper to IEEE.
The final paper must be submitted through the official IEEE submission portal. Do not submit the camera-ready paper through EasyChair.

Publication Requirement: To be included in the conference proceedings, an accepted paper must have at least one registered author who presents the paper at the conference, either online or in person. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the paper being excluded from the proceedings, even if the final manuscript has been successfully submitted.
