Speaker Approval Form Required

Dear AICCSA'26 participants,

Please note that, in accordance with the regulations of the country, participants presenting their work at scientific events are required to obtain security clearance prior to any public presentation.

We kindly request all presenters to complete the Speaker Approval Form by visiting the link below and providing all the required information:

Important: We would highly appreciate it if you could complete this task as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for the security clearance process to be completed before the conference.

Reminder: We remind the presenters to complete the approval form as requested by the local organizers. Any form received after Sunday, 27 September 2026, will not be processed.
