Do I Need a Visa?

Entry requirements for the United Arab Emirates vary according to nationality and passport type. Depending on your nationality, you may fall into one of the following categories:

Visa-Free Entry

Citizens of certain countries may enter the UAE without obtaining a visa in advance, subject to the conditions applicable to their nationality.

Visa on Arrival

Citizens of certain countries may be eligible for a visa on arrival at UAE airports. The duration and conditions depend on nationality and passport type.

Visa Before Travel

Passport & Visa Application

Registered AICCSA 2026 participants may request an official Conference Invitation Letter to support their UAE visa application.

How to Request

Important: An invitation letter is not a visa and does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant UAE authorities.

Arrival in Sharjah

Sharjah is served by Sharjah International Airport (SHJ), located approximately 13 km from central Sharjah, providing convenient access to the city and surrounding areas.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is another major international gateway serving the region and is accessible from Sharjah by road.
