About AICCSA 2026 Workshops
The ACS/IEEE 23rd International Conference on Computer Systems and Applications (AICCSA 2026) is the premier conference covering all contemporary areas in computer systems and applications. It implements an international forum for academics, industry researchers, developers, and practitioners to report and share groundbreaking contributions in various IT fields that range from distributed computing to data science, security, and machine learning.
AICCSA 2026 will be held in Sharjah, UAE from 22 to 29 October 2026.

How to Submit
Workshop proposals must be submitted via the conference main submission link:
Proposal Requirements
Proposal Content
Proposals for workshops should be no more than 2 pages in length and submitted in PDF Format. They must contain the following information:
- Title and brief description of the workshop, specifying the goals and the technical issues that will be addressed.
- Brief description of why and to whom the workshop is of interest and how it complements the main conference.
- The proposed organizing committee and the technical program committee.
- The workshop submission and processing system (if different from main conference).
- Contact details of the main organizers.
Note: Proposals for workshops may address one or more Tracks, but they should be organized under a unified theme. They may include invited speakers, papers, and panels.
Workshop Paper Types
Accepted Formats
Workshop papers can be of three types:
Presentations
Oral presentations without formal paper
Extended Abstracts
2 pages maximum
Full Papers
5 pages maximum
All papers should be reviewed by the Workshop Technical Programme Committee with a minimum of 2 reviews per paper.
Organizers & Conference Responsibilities
Workshop Organizers
Responsible for:
- Proposing a "Call for Papers/Participation" for their workshop
- Ensuring page limit: 6 pages (IEEE format)
- Managing submission, reviewing process and decisions
- Selecting participants and workshop format
- Advertising the workshop
- Providing camera-ready versions
- Ensuring at least 2 reviews per paper
AICCSA Organizing Committee
Responsible for:
- Providing a link to the workshop's web page
- Providing logistics support
- Determining workshop date and time
- Including accepted papers in main proceedings
- Submitting to IEEE Xplore for publication
Important Notes
- At least one author of each accepted submission should attend the workshop and register for the conference.
- Registration of at least one author is required for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
- In case of an insufficient number of submissions, the AICCSA 2026 organizing committee may propose to merge the workshop with another.
- Workshops may be cancelled if there are insufficient submissions (papers may be considered for main tracks).
- Free registration benefit: Workshop organizers will benefit from one free registration for each 6 fully registered papers in their workshop.
