ACS/IEEE AICCSA 2024 seeks tutorial proposals on new and emerging topics within the research scope of the conference.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Healthcare devices and applications
- Digital health and Artificial Intelligence
- Robustness of clinical AI methods
- Ethics in AI for Healthcare
- Robust and interpretable natural language processing for healthcare
- Confidentiality, integrity, and privacy concerns in information systems
- Blockchain applications in systems security
- Systems security & safety
- Security assessment and vulnerability evaluation
- Distributed Computing
- Intelligent devices and environments
- Internet Computing and Applications
- User interfaces and interaction models
- Adversarial attack and defense
- Multimodal and representation learning
- Explainable computer vision
- Multimedia systems
Instructions, submission, and selection process
The proposal should concisely and clearly describe the content and objectives of the tutorial and must include:
- Abstract, objectives and motivation, and intended audience;
- Name and a short biography of each tutorial presenter;
- A description of the topics that the tutorial will address, emphasizing their timeliness;
- An outline of the tutorial content, including its tentative schedule and the presenters for different parts;
- Possibility of and suitability for a virtual presentation of the tutorial;
- A description of the past/relevant experience of the speaker(s) on the topic of the tutorial;
- A description of previous tutorial experience of the speaker(s), and past versions of the tutorial;
- State whether a similar tutorial has been offered in recent conferences (last two years) and how your tutorial differs.
The proposal should be formatted in PDF and not exceed 5 pages. It should be uploaded for review on EasyChair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aiccsa2024) while selecting the “Tutorials” track during the submission.
Submitted posters will undergo a thorough review process carried out by the tutorials’ co-chairs. Key selection criteria will be clarity, relevance, timeliness, novelty, and originality.

Accepted tutorials
Authors of accepted tutorials are expected to animate 2-3 hours session during the conference at the specific time slot indicated in the program. At least one of the tutorial’s authors is required to register and attend in person.
A one-page paper formatted according to the IEEE Computer Society Press proceedings style guide will be included in the conference proceedings.
